School
Supply Kits
School supply kits are available for purchase in the spring by an outside company. Teachers provide the list to the company, you can order online and then the box is delivered to your child's classroom for their use. The PTA receives $10 for each box purchased.
Spirit Wear
T-shirts and sweatshirts are available for purchase throughout the year. PTA receives a portion of the proceeds.
Box Tops
Save your box tops and send them to school with your child! We receive 10 cents for every Box Top! After all box tops are counted (by our parent volunteers), our school is presented with a check that goes to fund our PTA events and programs.
Picture Day
Picture Day is a great service organized by the PTA and we receive a portion of pictures purchased too. Each child receives a class photo, which the PTA provides, and then there are various packages available for purchase through the school’s photographer. Additional details about picture day will be provided by your student’s teacher closer to the date.
Trunk or Treat
Held around Halloween, this community event is at the school. Parent volunteers are asked to decorate their cars/trunks. Children come in costume to trunk or treat. There is also usually some type of entertainment such as drumming and a small parade. Always a fun time!
Book Fair
Who doesn't love a book fair?? Set up in the school gym, parents and children are welcome to come check out the offerings from our local Bookstore Pickwick Bookstore. Children are given the opportunity to check out the selections during the day with their class and are able to purchase items at school or with their parents during evening hours. The PTA receives a portion of the proceeds.
Bingo Night
Always a fun night with the family! Enjoy playing bingo and winning some fun prize baskets. Pizza for purchase should you choose and an awesome MC make for a fun evening.
Goosetown
A fun way to celebrate the end of the school year, the block in front of the school is closed to traffic and Parent volunteers set up crafts, sports, games and activities. Students can purchase tickets and then spend their time going to all of the various tables and activities. There is music, a raffle, and food items available for purchase. It's a nice day to connect and have fun.
Neon
Dance Party
A fun way to welcome spring, and for older grades, the completion of state testing! This neon dance party (complete with DJ) is open to students of all grades.
